The past few trading days Dow Jones Industrial (DJI) index was green at the openings but then dropped by 300-500 points on average. We actually can see the strong bearish trend and DJI will most likely drop below 29,000 before April 30, 2022. Don't get caught.

we've been in a super bubble for 2 years now and worlwide (since start of covid) all governments have been trying to artificially keep the markets healthy by pumping trillions and trillions of magic fairy money into the economy. No one can say this is THE crash but a crash is coming and it HAS to come because the way things are now is just completely unsustainable. If you plan to invest your savings into real estate or projects, be careful for what comes next, you could be stuck in stocks for a long while when it actually happens.

Next week we are going to recover from this correction and end the week with an upside. The negative news is being over exaggerated.

In December 2021, the S&P dividend yield was 1.27%, which is equivalent to $60.50/share. If we look at the dividend yield graph from previous years, it is correct to consider a dividend yield between 1.8% and 2%. Now if we divide 60.50/1.8% we get an S&P value of 3360. As several companies have repurchased their own shares, and maybe we'll face an improvement in the dividend yield, so I don't believe that the S&P will fall to 3360, but it is likely that we have a long-term correction to a value between 3600 and 3800.
