I wonder if the realestate market is forward-looking as well lol Obviously not, since 74% of americans are now living paycheck to paycheck. Sure JP can use this to pivot, but those same folk won't be able to pay rent unless we can inject shelter stimmies to the tune of $1700/mo for the next year

The market went down when QE ended and interest rates were increased. which one of these changed? only thing that changed: we bottomed and tested the bottom a couple of times. so now we think we know where the bottom is. that's all.
