The decline is certain, but the problem lies in the fluctuation, meaning it can go up 15 or 16 and hit the bottom again

Not 16 but we might have a short lived relief rally of 1000 points before we resume the crash down, ofc we are all waiting to jump on this move.

Guy's if Fed dosn't change policy this will flush down to pre covid valuation this move up was all due to stimulus and printing giving consumer alot of money so companies had bigger earnings now consumer is using credit card and companies last good earnings is this q1 then it will decline in fastest past ever = bubble burst. Don't argue with truth or fight it because you will lose.

I'm thinking something like a ceiling/floor bounce at 14k or so, then a dead cat back to 14.9k area, then the rollover to 13k and more slow death after that

The Federal Reserve supported the economy in a year by pumping huge sums of trillions of dollars in 2020, and in 2021 currently the Federal Reserve will raise interest rates and will not support it.

Lastly, for those of you expecting the FED to do a rapid about face because of market reaction.... I strongly doubt that.   JPOW backpedaled in 2018 because of unexpectedly strong bad market reaction.... in this case, I'm sure he knew in advance what the likely market reaction would be and only chose the current course out of absolute necessity.    Unless market FUNCTION (not simply value) is threatened, FED course change would seem unlikely.

I've also been drawing some theoretical conclusions based on similarities to the late 2018 meltdown when JPOW dropped a surprise bomb on the markets with the announcement of fed balance sheet normalization.  The surprise factor is similar due to the sudden acceleration of the taper/interest rate hikes.  The 2018 event resulted in about a 20% drawdown on ES, and would likely translate to something like a 30% drawdown on NQ since it is GROSSLY inflated and far more heavily weighted to growth.

Another thing to consider is that NQ/ES will almost certainly no longer be chasing put option premiums for MOPEX.  So no more artificial gravity there either.
