Every day a bad news and CEO gets all that money, management needs to change I think stock is going to 24 I have 4000 shares stock here for 3 years The only think we have is Dividend If they cut Dividends we look at $20 stock

Pfizer's PR isn't existent, practically. They don't "sell" good news to shareholders or press. So, press concentrates on every bit of bad news.
