    • I'm holding at an average price of 12. At these oil prices, I can't understand the stock price. I just won't add more because I'm already big in the oil sector. But I would, Oxy's future is looking amazing

          • I am holding CLR also from around $10 but much less number of shares. I know Oxy's debt lvl is very high but it looks promising at this oil price. Progressive nuts won't let Biden to allow more drilling and renewable energy def not enough for satisfy our energy needs.

          • Trader Trader Yeah they bought Anadarko at wrong time. But  I think they are making money on it now and will in the future. They paid off a lot of debt last quarter.

        • Funny how deemented Biden shut down US oil industry from producing cheap oil and gets on his knees begging Saudi to lower oil price.
          0
          • Here you go, in ase you support deemented Biden and have no clue what he has been doing to raise the oil price and destroying US energy independence. This is just one example. https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/markets/biden-administration-suspends-new-oil-gas-drilling-permits-on-federal-land/ar-BB1cYERS

          • Thats on Federal Land and for new leases. So how did that drive up the price of oil? The oil industry was destoryed when the price of oil crashed to a negative price and even tho the price is back the Oil Companies are runing at full blast yet the rig count is about half what it was before the price of oil crash.

          • when oil price plunged, oil and natural gas production did not slow down until they made a deal to lower the production. then Biden started to attack the oil and natural gas industry and also denying lease, investment started to dry up. Now economy is coming back and production is down and future production doesn't look good - also OPEC plus is not drastically increasing production.

          • best part is deemented Biden won't let oil companies to drill. He just begs Saudi and Russia to lower oil prices. lol Don't like the deemented old useless fool but love watching oil price keeps going up since I own shares.

        • Ty Biden for destroying US oil industry Trump made energy independent. At this oil price Oxy is so undervalued. Hope to reach at least $50 soon
          2
          • The US has been the world's largest producer of oil and energy independent since 2010, long before Trump was President. Trader Trader, do you know anything about Trading or are you some NYC, Jersey wannabe?

          • go check US oil production and how the numbers went up and post an apology for being an uneducated. even when US was exporting 4 mil barrels we still imported from Saudi and Canada. you want me to post EIA.gov report?
            0
          • By the way, Michael, all that happened under Trump, not in 2010.

                  • Yes there is an all-out public media war against oil, but dont think that these hedge funds dont own these oil stocks. Its naive to think that they dont say one thing and do another. Anyone with half a b. rain knows oil and gas arent going anywhere anytime soon, and these are companies that are making big profits at these oil prices. Just wait til you see Q3 oil earnings in Oct.

                      • Steep plunge ahead, all time lows around the corner
                        7
                        • Biden's failure policy will raise oil price and OXY will go up. OXY was around $80 when oil was $70 a few years ago. now only $25. I think undervalued significantly despite the fact OXY took over a company right before the oil price plunge.
                          1
                      • at this rate Oxy will be a penny stock when oil goes down to $65. just unreal

                          • oil price over $70 for more than 6 weeks and stock price not so high. Did Oxy sign a long term contract at lower prices or substantially reduced output? revenue has to grow at this high oiil price and it cannot seem to go higher.

                        • oil goes down 1% and this goes down 5%. oil is up more than 2% and this barely up 1%. *****

                            • capitalism shows that if oil price goes up company revenue goes up and will make more money, which will make stock go up higher. Did you learn your capitalism from Obama School of Higher Education?

                            • So, you just need to short it, when OIL goes down. Easy
