Keep in mind we are going from 53 to 81 while short selling is banned and wherr foreign investors are banned to buy rub, imagine when these bans get lift this flies so hard up that it will look like a upside down flash crash

There is no such ban.There is 1 bln limit for foreign transfers for foreign companies closing activities in Russia.Banks in USA have similar limits, which are even lower.

CBR interferring sometimes, when they need to lower ruble price (for higher taxes). They also could be converting currencies for foreign exchange reserves. Whne ruble is growing it's using free traded. This practice is standard for every currency, except US dollar. And this will change with introduction of universal world currency.
