less then 3.5 is criminal activity by Israeli Bank who keep selling dollars to try "stop" inflation by making shekel stronger for now, eventually they will break and shekel will get to 3.5

Even USD/ILS closed at almost 3.40, I still believe that will continue rising to 3.55 and may exceed 4.00 in the upcoming weeks & months.
