seems the short sellers and margin traders have piled on since inclusion is the NASDAQ100. sad that they have so much influence, mainly attracted by the hight beta
Isn't this happening because the CEO, Peter Beck, is selling tens of millions of dollars in stock right now?

Average_Joe.todays drop, yes. 5 million shares. part of a trading plan. still owns 45 million shares
Pull back then gone shot right to $120 they have technology better than Space X and can provide communication service for under water bases. No brainer

This trend is very disheartening.
I bought RKLB at 146/,share 13 shares should I sell at 100
If you do not need the invested money, you should not sell; it is your personal decision. 13 shares do not constitute a capital investment.
Nope! Don’t do it. Sit on it. It appears to be moving in tandem with space X lately.
this will go back to 80 to close the gap
Nope.
Easily to 130 dollar but i dont like the stress of this stock

In one of the biggest deals in recent space industry history, rocket and satellite manufacturer Rocket Lab is acquiring satellite communications provider Iridium Communications. Both companies have signed a binding agreement under which Rocket Lab will acquire all outstanding Iridium shares at $54 per share. This represents an enterprise value of approximately $8.0 billion. Iridium shareholders will receive $27.00 in cash per share, plus a number of Rocket Lab shares determined by an exchange ratio. This exchange ratio is protected by a collar mechanism set between $67.50 and $112.50. This makes the value of the stock component predictable for both parties within that price range; should the RKLB share price fluctuate above or below these limits, the ratio adjusts accordingly. The nominal offer value of $54 represents a premium of approximately 23% over Iridium’s closing share price on Friday.

The Amazon boss doesn't like Elon Musk, which is why Rocket Lab is Amazon's only alternative.

Al SatNezos isn't the only one. not everyone is happy joining the Musk train, and will pay more for dedicated launch, precision placement, byo launch timing, etc
As I previously wrote, there will always be profit-taking; prices below $100 should be used as an entry point. I had warned about the SpaceX bubble and its consequences. In my personal opinion, we will see a market-wide recovery starting in September—provided that crazy Donald Trump doesn't start a war somewhere else, like in Cuba or Greenland. This price manipulation involving Rocket Lab benefits only institutional investors. I’ll say it again: Rocket Lab is a solid high-tech company and a future defense giant for the US and its allies; in the long run, they will never post losses. Good luck.
Im a little hesitant to take advice from anyone with TDS. Nothing personal
ronnie smith. Go play PlayStation, funny guy
Criticism is always good; I have consistently provided sound investment strategies here and elsewhere to protect investors like you. However, I reject critical remarks from a D.T. MAGA fanboy because I have no interest in politics, and "the Orange Man" has harmed the American people more than he has harmed me or the rest of the world.

Inclusion in the NASDAQ 100 will have a positive impact on the share price, albeit with a time lag—that is simply how it always works. A false start—one rocket out of hundreds—must be accepted as normal; it is not the end of the world.
What happend ?
Hakan Özdemir. I know some people are panicking. Donald Trump's policies are a disaster, and this is reflected in stock prices; SpaceX has crashed—just as I predicted—which in turn is dragging down the entire space sector. Remember, I recommended buying RKLB stock again when it was under $100. Its inclusion in the Nasdaq 100 will accelerate further investment in RKLB; these institutions are already buying RKLB shares without driving up the price—ask AI how they manage that—and once everything is finalized, we will see higher stock prices. Any comments regarding the situation of the neutron rocket that failed ?
I’ll say it again! The prospect of a SpaceX IPO has tempted many investors to sell off some of their existing stock holdings in order to invest in SpaceX—a trend driven by the "I own SpaceX shares" mentality. The SpaceX share price could rise further due to the hype, but the eventual disillusionment will be massive—mark my words. SpaceX sells visions, many of which will never become reality; even AI points out that Elon Musk is merely selling visions. I stick to the data and facts, and in the case of Rocket Lab, they look solid. With that in mind, I wish you the best of luck.

Should we be wary of a stock that behaves this way? Are they engaging in manipulation and offloading shares onto the public?
