                          • Never , they will not drop much further. Lloyd's has just moved into investment banking and insurance, potentially very profitable along side its domestic banking, ( mortgages, loans etc ). This is a very good move. Apart from little ups and downs the Trend now will be a steady up overall. Hold your nerve. People panic to easily.

                        • Why is it dropping today?
                          1
                          • Earnings will be released on Thursday. I think some people with inside knowledge are expecting a bombshell and are getting rid of the stock before the big drop.

                          • Does anyone one from the BOD or the large shareholders care about this bank? Is it serious that the CEO goes out in the middle of such a turmoil to announce that he is leaving in 2021? And they look at him not doing anything..  Imagine Tim Cook to go out and say the same..  There is no more explanation about why this stock is falling.
                            0
                            • He is probably leaving because he hasn't got a clue about what to do next. And neither the BOD nor the large shareholders have a clue either. Actually, the former largest shareholder (Blackrock) has actually sold most of their positions.

                            • lloyds share price tricks people into thinking it is cheap.. As far as discount to NAV goes there is far more on offer elsewhere.... that being said, as it is the most domestic facing bank in the UK it will undoubtedly recover as the economy recovers.

                              • Yes, UK banks will rise with the UK economy. Pearls of wisdom.
