ASML remains the cleanest way to play the AI infrastructure build-out at the equipment level. Q2 was strong, with revenue at €9.33 billion and the company raising its 2026 guidance again to €43 billion-€45 billion, while management also said capacity will expand by about 30% in 2027 and 2028 to meet extremely strong customer demand. That kind of visibility matters, especially when EUV capacity is already nearly booked through 2027 and pricing power still looks intact. China remains a variable, and the push for domestic alternatives is worth watching, but for now the bigger picture is still driven by AI-related demand from leading-edge foundries and memory players. In practice, ASML is the monopoly in EUV, and that is exactly why the long-term bull case remains so hard to break.
I'm starting to think the China story was made up to dump semi stocks. Last year they said china would be making EUV machine, now it's DUV but no real data or specs about this machines.

When will we learn that we can’t sell high-tech to China? They copy or steal the technology and then sell it back to us at a lower price

It doesn't matter if American stocks and AI is a ridiculous bubble, European stocks will suffer more.

We need to keep in mind that the biggest investment funds are American. With the USD weakening, investing in European companies has become more expensive. It's easy for these large funds—often the main shareholders—to push prices down and buy back in when confidence is low. For me, ASML is a strong buy.
ASML has in place a share buyback program and has been buying quite a lot of shares this year

It makes you lose faith in the stock exchange when stocks are that manipulated.
