US Corn Futures Discussions

2026 will be bullish so etfs trapped traders better be aware it will a long way….
say bye-bye to 4…you wont see back for a while lol
going to 3.50 pre harvest low. Some think 3.20 but i dont think it goes that low. 3.50 would be below cost of production by over a dollar. Not that the trade carrs about that
Getting bullish woth maybe 1% of the crop having shallow roots not a smart plan. The I states are record going to takr a WIDE spread problem. And 90s temp is normal. Not much going to hurt this crop. Maybe warm nights. People just grasping for straws here. Been accused of being mad because i shorted the bottom. Been short off and on since 4.60 so yeah sure lol
Exactly, you claim your a farmer, then an analyst. You been on here steady spamming. Obviously you are shorting. I call jabaroni. If you had any confidence you wouldn't need to counter everything everyone on the board says. I'm not even going to argue with you. waste of my time. Happy trading. No real farmer would short corn and then spam the market all day. Some might short it, but only a real prick would do what you are doing. I've seen guys like you telling everyone to short at the bottom. rarely goes their way. Time will tell tho.
you cant even read i usse to farm for 23 years. Trading commodites for a living for 4 years now a broker. Dony need to presuade anyone. Just warning people who listen to people like you who clearly dont have a clue. I will let the market do my talking lol
haha whatever you know nothing. I will let the market to decide
Hazardous weather outlook approaching over the weekend. Forecasted to remain at least through the first part of Aug.
when it rains this much and suddenly quits the corn deteriorates quickly before it has no roots. Very different from a year where it's dry from the start
Whats your price prediction for the next couple of months?
I'm not able to make a prediction, but hoping to see at least $0.25. If weather stays hot and dry potentially more. Could go either way depending on weather and other factors. I'm watching Dec contract at this time.
This wont amount to much. Shallow roots in some of the flooded areas. Look up last years drought monitor and compare it to this year and then tell me why ots bullish. A few weeks dryness wont do anything. 90s weather close to ideal. Bet you anything we are well over last years yield
Farmers wouldn't need subsidies if they wouldn't allow big funds and processors to pinbdown the price. Support the farmer.
They have crop insuarnce thats priced in at 4.60 on like 70-80% of the crop. Although the more you raise the less the coverage: record crops so far across mich of the belt. Hard to get bullish
So far. Rest of the world is behind production. The only thing holding this back is in fact what you've eluded to. You know better than I how quick that can change.
Corn is good for stomach
Guys in IA catching fish in the cornfield. For $30k an acre you should be able to raise corn and fish in the same ground. It only makes sense!
you seem pretty but hurt, my guess is you are upside down on your shorts. Let us know who you advise for? Otherwise, you are another jaboroni
I am with a commodity broker and cash advisor for a company that has branches in 4 states. I also had my own trading site with over 60 farmers from Around the county in it before o became a broker
i dont need to prove anyrhig to you. I am a broker and cash advisor for a company that has branches in 10 states. I will bet you anything you want yields are way over last year. Good luck with your flooding theory lol
So big caps up, corn down. Rates going dows, corn down. Rates up, corn down. Vix goes down, corn down. Vix goes up, corn goes down.
Thats it!
The only thing that didn't go up with inflation.
Probably because nonr of those thngs have anything to do with corn supply and demand
Why is corn defaulting to December contract already? Shouldn't ZC quote be showing September contract like with wheat, etc?
this site is all about manipulating the chart anyway they can. same with oil.
inventory of old crop revised down about 7%. Wait until new crops start getting shortened up next.
Good luck on that. Crop is excellent
I've been through Nebraska, looks nice. Not the same everywhere. Time will tell though.
y this suddenly ?
Soaring crude oil price means more ethanol from corn production
corn supply is more its possible coming down below 350 since 2020
400 no thanks , go to 420 then i will buy
Long awaited -20% day to average our bags ?
LCOR, it's in GBP and EUR.
Haven't seen any leveraged grain etf in US. Thanks
It's a great instrument if you have some money wich you don't need and want to lose it.
I will buy the dips
Good luck
me too
Bounce maybe but 3.50 is a certainty by this fall. Market is going to force farmers to puke old crop supplies. Until then down we go
High preassure dome has built up on the west coast that could move to the Midwest bringing a string of record high temperature days rivaling the dust bowl days of the 1930s.
Anyone buying dec corn? Any thoughts on bottom?
Looks like most irrigated corn in Nebraska got wiped out today
wind or what news? Been raining like crazy in the Midwest so kinda worried about shallow roots and tip over. Also a little about if the rain turns off there are no roots to get deep moisture.
We didn't get wiped. We definitely have issues since April. Can you imagine 30 plus inches of rain in 10 weeks. That's 3in every week. I lost about 140 acres to drown out, planted three times still under water, but there's all been alot of hail and flooding across nebraska. Idk where usda sees us the highest rated corn in the USA. Alot of prevent planting. Rarely ever happens in our area
that makes sense. same in northern MN. I like in SE MN. late planting but crops are good. Some places are hard to spray because it's too wet. lots of crops in northern MN and I imagine Canada that were too wet to plant. I'm curious how things will turn out
Friday will be ugky
another week wearing the same dirty shorts?
Where it can reach??
Enough karma fo back to 444
wheat recovered somewhat, this one not
sub 300 is on the way
Wow!
quarter end doesnt like corn
Never ending selloff...
