ignore the propaganda majority of the world is reporting lowest covid numbers and increased vaccination. majority of Indian oil usage is not in transportation but in manufacturing same as in the rest of the world. globally 20% of oil consumption comes from the downstream sales of xhemicas and lubricants and manufacturing. global gasoline sales are up by the way especially in the US. gasoline inventories are rapidly depleting despite the increased production. oh yeah and production keeps stopping in Africa due to electrical issues. majority of the news is in oils favor. thats why dxy keeps dropping lower. majority of the world is rapidly recovering and global demand is up
