  • Enrich the conversation
  • Stay focused and on track. Only post material that’s relevant to the topic being discussed.
  • Be respectful. Even negative opinions can be framed positively and diplomatically.

VALE, PBR, traded Brazilian exchange at (were) record highs, Value 20% above 07/08 highs, yet US ADR still down 70% from high. Pricing anomaly will have to shrink as VALE NET earnings will be 44bil USD 16/17/18, with 69 bil Cap, basically 4.5 P/E based 3 prior, 1.5 year forward, with 4% yield, below book, cash cow......

held up really well, EPS growth, dividend will grow, declining cost production, improved cash flow, highest grades with most efficient ops, in an EM that will see huge pro market reforms, of which FX in support should improve benefiting VALE across the board, like 06/07, ADR should start catch up with VALE actual shares, which are what, 40% above prior record high in 2007? while US ADR still down 75%!

Jose this movement was sort of expected after ou presidential election. As expected Bolso won so market is just converging to the averages. Beside that we have a major sell off on the US stock market what help bears to keep pushing prices down. What i can say to you is dont worry its a good company
