Orascom assigned CBRE Group Inc, one of the best-known international property valuators, to conduct a fair market value study. CBRE's report valued the remaining undeveloped land in one of ODH's destinations at an aggregate market value of USD 1.82 billion. In my opinion, this stock has some huge upside potential.
