To be clear, their shares, held by management and those they sell to friends, also scammers, are not subject to splits. So, since they bought them at $0.001, they're constantly ripping you off for whatever the price would be, whether it's $0.10 or $100. The same goes for shares they sold earlier for several hundred thousand dollars, which they slowly buy back for pennies to avoid driving up the price. So, if you haven't lost much yet, make up for it with other shares. Don't buy these.
so should we sell even we lost more 100 percent
August, Bollinger said it sold $1 million of electric trucks. While running up an accumulated deficit of $2.6 billion, it has awarded over $94 million in cash and stock to its CEO David Michery, and registered over $1 billion in stock for financiers Michael Wachs and Terren Peizer, who are convicted felons. Meanwhile, since 2022, the compound effect of Bollinger’s repeated reverse splits has shrunk the value of an investor’s share by more than a quadrillion-fold. Wachs and Peizer have not responded to repeated requests for comment.

why SEC didnt stop dilution By June 2, 2025, Bollinger had diluted the share count all the way back up to approximately 79,900,000 shares. The June 2, 2025, 1:100 reverse split reduced the share count to approximately 798,650 shares. By August 4, 2025, Bollinger had diluted the share count all the way back up to approximately 433,528,681 shares. The August 4, 2025, 1:250 reverse split reduced the share count to approximately 1,735,225 shares.
Did you miss the other 7 reverse splits under the Mullen name in 2025? They're the same thing.

These crooks are getting ready for an SEC hearing, which is good news for them, as they'll have a reason to sell their shares as soon as that day arrives and the media announces it. Therefore, the thieves will make money again, and naive investors will lose. Don't buy there; they don't produce any cars, they just repackaged a few Chinese units.
You think you're smart. If they've already been summoned to the SEC for questioning, do they have a reason? -)
I hope they get kicked off the NASDAQ, that's what I mean.
Darek Rylski so you mean SEC is corrupted?

What happens if they release 50 million preferred shares purchased at $0.001 back onto the market? It's the usual: they'll sell, sell, sell, and naive investors will buy, buy, buy. Has anyone ever wondered what a massive scam this is? They file a reverse split with the SEC, burning investor shares to supposedly keep the price above $1 and avoid being kicked off the NSDAQ, and two days later, they file a form with the SEC announcing the release of 50 million new shares at $0.001.
Banker analysts System ICBC To borrow preferred shares and establish short positions at such a high level, you need to have a lot of money, for example as much as a Chinese bank-)
Faraday's logarithm. It will eventually push the price up a bit, only to drop to $5 tomorrow at the close of business and to $4 after opening. Don't buy shares from these fraudsters who don't and won't produce any cars.
IBanker analysts System ICBC already know why you're defending this Chinese scam, so don't wipe your face with Trump...
man up and face board at the court and complain against CEO chariman of this company to jail them as many investors lost money which ..clearly is true according to share price record and last reverse stock

The volume shows that they sold everything, so you will soon see increases but downwards -))))
if you lost money you can go to court if you think they didn't rule company properly or keep investors money safe and they made you lose and jail board
You didn't understand. They reached a settlement with a group of investors and paid out over 7 million in compensation without a trial. However, they continue to cheat and rob others. After the settlement, you can't go to court, but you can warn others. Does that bother you?
Darek Rylski you can explain to SEC and file a complain . no worries they will compensate you.
