It offers retail and corporate banking; investment banking; specialized financial services, such as leasing, factoring, and consumer credit; asset management, wealth management, brokerage, and capital markets activities, as well as M&A and other corporate advisory services; bank-insurance; and vehicle leasing. The company also provides consumer lending, debt collection, back-office banking services, mutual fund management, it services, and shipping services. The company was formerly known as Banque Marocaine du Commerce Extérieur and changed its name to Bank of Africa in March 2020. Bank of Africa was founded in 1959 and is headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco.
