corn will/might end up just like lumber!! from 1711$ towards $1059, i.e. 38% -a healthy reduction....38% for corn would be approximately from $7.50 towards 4.65$

672 is my daily 20ema got pretty close, also daily support at 672. Previous TD point was 669.5 so high probability we wont break below 669.5. If this is the low for the day at close then 673 will be the new TD point as we continue moving higher

Scott Espeseth  i'm using plus500 CFDs to trade in commodities and I pick up a lot of overnight funding.  I can't sit too long with a commodity before it become unprofitable.  And then you've got yhe margin calls.  I only started buying and selling stock iand commodities n the last 4 years, so I still make the odd blunder.  small amounts of money.

Sisyphus Trading  I enjoy trading in commodities (with small amounts of money) as the returns are very good if you use CFDs, but I find them too stressful at night.  corn doesn't come on line until 0100GMT my time.  I am waken every hour to check whats happening.  Stocks closes at 2100hrs and i don't have to worry about it until 1430hrs

Starry Plough Gotcha. If you are trading overnight always have a stop and get some sleep. Or just wait for the morning for a clearer view. I do all my preparation for the next trading session as soon as markets close. But I’ve been there. I used to lose sleep trying to stay up taking micro naps every few hours to watch overnight futures when I first started and lack of sleep can be very detrimental for your trading.

"There is room for the 2020/21 global corn balance to tighten further with the potential for further downward revisions to the Brazilian crop. However, for 2021/22, global corn stocks are expected to grow YoY. Therefore, we believe prices should weaken from current elevated levels when new crop supply becomes available. However, this is assuming normal weather conditions in the US over the summer months."
