As we have reached already (inflation) cycle peak, interest rates are moving down from a very low base, which suggests record low interest rates ahead.

The bond market (MUT red) is the main driver for the stock market. The Fed targets the bond market with interest rates. If the bond market is weak, the Fed lowers Treasuries by buying or selling. Only if the bond market recovers, stock markets can follow.

I think Mr.Gundlach was correct when he said and predicted that US treasury yields would top in July and i think that his prediction is coming true. That is very good news for tech and Nasdaq.

Lower yields are good news for techs only if the corporate bond market recovers. However, the bond market deteriorates by the minute, which pressures techs.
