China agrees to ‘substantially reduce trade deficit’ to avoid trade war with US, White House says...They did not agree to any concrete number but they are willing to reduce trade deficit by a lot. 200b might not even be a realistic number to begin with.

Soooo, who is invested over the weekend...& how? What factors did you consider in holding whatever position you hold? I have sooo rarely held over weekends since starting active trading 4 months ago. Or held overnight infrequently as well. I asked myself every day in the last hour or so of trading, why would I hold? How confident am I in that position. Unless I’m like 60% or more confident, I close my positions & wait. Anybody agree with that philosophy? It is short time frame thinking

I had the same question here recently.  I had an awesome day on Thursday, but had to miss most of the action Friday morning.  Because of that, Friday afternoon I really had an itchy trigger finger to  jump into something (anything really) just to keep winning streak going.  Proud to say, at the end I found a bit of self-control to stay out and wait for a spot next week where there is actually a better reason to enter a trade.  I guess I am not a complete degenerate gambler yet and there is some hope for me :)

I keep reading about this $200 billion offer, but can't get a straight story anywhere if it is real or not. How long are these talks are supposed to last?  When are they going to announce if there is a deal?  The whole thing is so scetchy

In range !, not worth checking tonight leaving the 860 longs open over the weekend with SL and reverse order on break below 850 . Next week FOMC meeting and market will follow their statement markets priced @70% for 4th hike . This 4 days range formed descending triangle better be ready for beak either way it won’t stay in 850-950 range forever .GL

Both buyers and sellers had chance to make money this week Zues it’s been trading range all week . I don’t call my self bear or bull I try to remove my bias(as mush as I can :) and follow the short term trend better be ready than sorry this descending triangle could break either way and if broke down it could see 780-750 . Risk/reward longs are more favorable IMHO
