Which personality should have traders? Do they need to be upper intelligent or smart, or to have only money and luck for this? Opinions?
I think it is more complex. It is not only experience. There are experienced people after yrs are losing everything. At the opposite best traders in institutional traders are very young people and 30 yrs old are at the end of their carrier. As in everything in our life there are a people who can do some things better then others. My wish was to be a singer but my voice sounds as an sick crocodile. If you was not ex institutional trader you need experience and learning. Each one on learning period should trade in demo. After that you cant get from market more then you are ready to earn. To win there are a some issues, you money and time agains profit you want. The result of that formula is risk. With reducing money and time you are increasing profit expected and in the same time risk. Risk is going to 0 with big account and small trades with longs. If you buy here with 1m account with 10 eur pips risk is 0. Soon or later you will go in profit. If you go short, its the opposite
At the end for me the result is learning all the time, to take the experience with small account or demo, after that big account based on trades nomether 5k or 1m. Daily targets and max daily loss with exit of market if you take them if you are a scalper. In investing key is long, time and money. SL always. Once hit it out of trade without using trades after at the same direction against the market. It can bounce 1 pip after SL to your direction but it only means is a bad trade.
