Does anyone understand how the depreciation factor comes into play on the value of DGAZ and UGAZ.  For example when the price of natural gas is more volatile does it result in the depreciation factor to accelerate?

Yam, that is correct, but if you look upcoming months contracts, you csn see the backwardation not contango in NG. Meaning unlike other futures, NG is different. R/R ratio is higher in case of NG.

Reverse spit did nothing but consolidate many shares into fewer shares.  So 20 shares were consolidated down to 1 share.  The value of both remained the same at the time of the spit.  Makes no difference in value of the stock you had at the time of the split.

Geez people. Divide by 20, that is your effective price.  so it's opening at around 3.50 to 3.60 or so per share split adjusted.  DGAZ

Because you had less then 20 shares, your twelve shares will be sold at the market price the day before the split.  Most likely you will see the money in your account after Wednesday's settling of accounts.

GS bulls, please buy and keep you bull position until NG touched your target. However, I thought the game rule of Natural gas will be changed. More people reject high price of NG in Winter. EIA data showed people start to choice alternative storedable heating oils, direct electricity, coil products were also used more in Winter. Thanks our president. Obviously, not only the weather, the storage, but also the price of other alternatives will affect the GS price, the trend of NG price will be down to 2.65.
