WEC Energy Group, Inc. is a diversified holding company. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, provides or invests in regulated natural gas and electricity, and renewable energy, as well as non-regulated renewable energy. The Company’s segment includes Wisconsin; Illinois; Other States and Electric Transmission. Its non-utility energy infrastructure segment includes We Power, Bluewater, WECI; Corporate and Other. Wisconsin segment includes the electric and natural gas utility operations of Wisconsin Electric Power Company, Wisconsin Gas LLC, and Wisconsin Public Service Corporation. Illinois segment includes the natural gas utility operations of The Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company and North Shore Gas Company. Other states include the natural gas utility and non-utility operations of Minnesota Energy Resources Corporation and Michigan Gas Utilities Corporation. Its We Power segment owns and leases generating facilities to WE.
