is this a short ?
At this price (26.50€), it starts to get interesting
My bad.
Another historical day. Today UBI is valed at 80 EUR / share, ~10B EUR and recorded -12.5% :) Although the market expectation was a takeover, it does not change the reality that today someone agreed to pay 80 EUR per share.
Takeover bid rumors everywhere.
Next contender for a buy out
Seems time to buy?
what happened again lol
Dead cat bounce 😂😂

According to the Youtubers who already played the game Far Cry 6 may actually not be a good game... It's not even available on Steam. I don't know what's Ubisoft doing...
I told you before, Ubisoft is not worth to gamble on. Their management is terrible.
Probably to avoid that Steam takes their 30% cut? Still, I am concerned whether they are able to get customers to switch to their own portal. I am not going to switch just for one game, unless it is an extraordinary game.
You can actually see that we reached market valuation from May 2017... I'm on the verge with this one - P/E is still high at 61.21 though. On the other hand - I feel that the new Far Cry 6 will sell better than the previous one. New games are incomming. Isn't it a great time to buy this?
Difficult to say. Ubisoft's bad management weights on its good fundamentals. It could dip more. Ubisoft invested hundred of millions in some videogames that we haven't seen yet (we only hear rumors of bad management) : Skull and Bones and Beyond good Evil 2.
Tech funds just started to unload Ubisoft last month. I'm going to wait.
time to buy the dip? :) it's literal post-COVID firesale of all gaming stocks right now
Worst run company...
It is interesting. CD Projekt has had +20% for the last weeks despite showing any improvements in its fondamentals, but Ubisoft remain in this dip despite its large portfolio. I'll be patient and wait that some institutional investors see it has potential. 2022 and 2023 will be very good years for Ubisoft, so I don't see any reasons to sell in 2021 anyway
Good mid-term investment. Ubisoft has a reliable game portfolio, and has not much concurrents in 2021. Their last ********s Creed and their new Farcry6 have/will be bought by many players on PS5/Xbox series, because they lack of AAA games. Don't forget CD Projekt misfortune, that proves that it is difficult to be efficient in AAA. Ubisoft is not perfect, but proved it is reliable investment. At this price, we can also imagine a takeover by a larger company. It could be a huge rise in the stock price, and it could very likely happen, very few studios remained independent. So... Don't fear a little red, mid-term will be fine!
I dont think its going to get acquired. But lets see
Wow! What happend?
Good question
Oh I thought you meant the 5% increase today :)
is it time to buy in?
No, I am talking about what management said in the earnings call: no AAA game for christmas. And you said the strategy is dubious? I think one should look forwards, not backwards.
So no AAA game for christmas and -12% :) Read what I wrote again. Healthy financials does not reflect the recent price drop, and now read it again.
I presume you mean their past revenue, past income, current assets, etc? That is past performance. I would think the price drop was caused by expectations of the future, such as after they changed their strategy and are unable to deliver in the second half of the year.
Ceo is ********the company
This company is so badly run its embarrassing
Watch out Ubisoft, hugo movement in coming
Ned Star wars games from Ubisoft
New*
What happened here? Someone knows something for sure. Xbox Game Pass is coming?
Hope to see Ubisoft games on Xbox Game Pass.
