This stock looks like it has good upside potential at a bargain price given a hot energy sector. WTI is another one that I have purchased. Any thoughts on either company?

they are being bought by FANG, for a stock-for-stock merger by end of Q1 2021. The exchange ratio is set to .05x. If this stock goes up the ratio could be higher, but this stock will no longer exist past end of March
