Funny thing about this stock is that PG&E has like no real competition in California, but the state is so poorly managed that they import more and more power from out of state.

California is the third largest economy of the world with a average income of 150K/year and a 70B surplus budget/year.

California also has the second lowest home ownership rate in the entire country and import 40% of their power from out of state. Not to mention the wealth inequality.
