based on market price actions today u can clearly tell that wall street inflating the biggest bubble in history with semis like AMD and Nvidia, I won't be surprised when it's all over this young generation will lose his entire wealth savings. I will keep buy intel over Nvidia or AMD any day in those prices

I wouldn't be surprised if Intel becomes the new bubble bubble if they finalize the subsidies agreement...

lol like what, most of that hogwash were mere parlor tricks. stale news, always the same broken record, 5 nodes in 4 years. bla bla, nobody cares as long its not hvm, and they are so f ing away from going hvm. Its rather a circus, but hey if you felt entertained, congrats.

50% more than barely anything is still quite nothing. If you noticed, there are no real big volumes nor contracts that include big dies involved. Its just business like with intels Blockscale Asics back then, small chips, manageable small quantities. Intel did not at any second made commitments to quantities or anything. It speaks already for itself, just apart from that fact that they will be very short leading edge capacity. Stu himself just recently said, Intel wont really be competitive on mature nodes. And yes, how could they. You cannot compete with china or asia costwise as a foundry in europe or the usa. And the fruits that everyone wants (leading edge nodes) are rather very thing on capacitiy, also for Intel. Its more propaganda for investors than anything else. And its okay, its part for their PR job, the art is just to know what matters and what not. Today was no real game changers. Announcing "partners" dont make you rich.

You dont get it. Intel is tranforming, they are transforming from high margin to low margin business. Instead of selling their own ip (meanwhile inferior, thats why they lost lot of customers especially enterprise) desgins etc, just to produce stuff for them now instead. its no win-win, the only real winners here are customers not necessary Intel. Intel is not really competitive costwise, so margins wont be that great. Only because you get pampered by the staate doesnt mean business is running great or yields great margins. What utter nonsense. Too big too fail doesnt equal good business. it just guarantees that it will at least stay a value trap.
