Gladstone Capital Corporation is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The investment objective of the Company are to achieve and grow current income by investing in debt securities of established lower middle market companies in the United States that it provide stable earnings and cash flow to pay expenses, make principal and interest payments on its outstanding indebtedness, and make distributions to stockholders and provide its stockholders with long-term capital appreciation in the value of its assets by investing in equity securities, in connection with its debt investments, that it believe can grow over time to permit us to sell its equity investments for capital gains. It focuses on investing in lower middle market companies. Its investment portfolio consists of debt investments and equity investments. The Company externally managed by Gladstone Management Corporation (the Adviser).

This stick has just about doubled in hte last year (more than doubled since the pandemic-induced sell-off of March 2020), it pays an 8% dividend (in monthly instalments)....and yet seems to get little or no attention on most investor forums, tv channels, etc...
