          • All the lines are down roughly 4%. Carnival execs haven't committed to requiring vaccinations. That means they would need to follow the full test cruise protocols before restarting. Lines like NCL that will require 95% or more of pax to be vaccinated get to skip that, but even NCL is down over 4%.
