They just issued new capital. Whatever valuation model you use, now fair price is lower. Plus its a sign they are struggling and using this rally to raise capital. Bull trap, I think. I'm long CAE but NOT at these prices

They did an acquisition. They are not struggeling - by any means.

LT CM Yes, the acquisition was 70 million € paid in cash. 300 million $ raised in 10 million shares. They are not struggling nor they are doing close to good. They're having a bad time like everybody else. Massively overvalued at current prices

Well the perception has changed mostly, cause the facts really haven't. I mean we will see in three to four years where the company is at.

CAE got a big contract of 500mil with Canadian Government to design and manufacture Vent. The design is currently under review and will be presented to GOV next week for the approval. CAE also recalls 1500 employees back to work to fulfill the manufacturing process. Stock price will probably up 2 to 4 points in the next 2 weeks.
