Beamz Interactive, Inc., formerly HumanBeams, Inc., is a developer and marketer of interactive music and laser controller products in several markets, including music, education, healthcare and consumer applications. The Company's professional and consumer products (Beamz Education and Healthcare (Beamz EHC) and Beamz by Flo product families and collectively the Beamz or Beamz Products) brings music to everyone. The Company's product offering consists of over three product lines: the Beamz EHC product family, which includes the Beamz EHC Professional and Home Editions; the Beamz By Flo consumer product family, and software applications that work on personal computers (PCs), Macs, iPhones, iPads and Android devices without connecting to the Beamz hardware. In addition to these product lines, the Company also offers a range of music and other content, which can be purchased for use with its applications and/or the Beamz Products.
