AnyColor's stock price is continuing to trend downward. This is an expected since the company performed a 2:1 stock split in 2023. The natural correction and deflating of value to match the amount of stock held has been slowing playing out over the last year. In my opinion, analysts tracking AnyColor's stock price have not taken this into consideration while formulating their predictions. While AnyColor had reached over 6400 yen in 2022, the stock split placed the stock value at approx 3840. Given 2 shares today would need to equal the value of one stock a year ago, a conservative estimate would place a stable price at approximately 1920 yen with a forecast goal of 2800~3200 yen. The company's history appears to have a stable amount of investors. Since performing the Stock repurchase, share ownership has continued to rise with levels creeping towards matching earlier in the year. This stock is heavily reliant on the strength of their yen and positive movement on the TSE/NIKKEI. Given Japan's stock market feels more volatile than the US, a ton of political and social reorganization occurring, the yen's deprecating strength against other world currencies, and positive indications that the Bank of Japan along with whichever party gains control are keen to continue raising interest rates, this stock is in for a ride.
Such is the way of cyclical stocks. Between the BoJ raising interest rates and the tech bubble bursting, seeing this stock plunge over 21% is painful. Analysts were way too optimistic. 4000+ yen a share was always way too high. The stock only split a year ago. No way it was going to stretch that high again this fast. Especially now. If they're lucky, getting back to 2800 yen will be a win.

P/E still too high even with recent drama. Once it dropped to around 10x, time to buy.
