Great time to keep accumulating. With projected revenue growth between 8% and 12% for 2026 and a steady share buyback program, I’m forecasting an EPS in the $3.60 - $3.80 range.
This outlook assumes a conservative uptake for the AMP-007 launch mid-year, which I highly doubt will be the case. There are currently no real generic alternatives in a massive market where GSK has mismanaged its monopoly; payers and insurers are fed up with GSK's practices and are eager for a viable alternative. Amphastar is perfectly positioned to capture significant market share immediately.
It’s hard to see a scenario where the stock doesn’t justify a $40 - $45 price target by year-end 2026. If the new launches gain traction as expected, I see a clear path toward $50 - $60 over the next 12 to 18 months. At current levels, the undervaluation is blatant.
Good management (insiders are aligned). High margins and healthy financial balance sheet so that means a profitability company. And even on top of that, really low price ratios.
