Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Miscellaneous Industry, Financials and Consumer Industry sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index gained 0.14%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Eka Sari Lorena Transport Tbk (JK:LRNA), which rose 21.79% or 34.00 points to trade at 190.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk (JK:ABDA) added 17.15% or 1025.00 points to end at 7000.00 and Hanson International Tbk (JK:MYRX) was up 13.60% or 85 points to 710 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Centratama Telekomunikasi Ind (JK:CENT), which fell 16.20% or 29 points to trade at 150 at the close. Nusantara Inti Corpora Tbk (JK:UNIT) declined 11.76% or 36.00 points to end at 270.00 and Ristia Bintang Mahkotasejati (JK:RBMS) was down 10.00% or 9 points to 81.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 198 to 131 and 37 ended unchanged.
Shares in Centratama Telekomunikasi Ind (JK:CENT) fell to 52-week lows; falling 16.20% or 29 to 150.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.81% or 0.49 to $60.27 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.51% or 0.34 to hit $64.78 a barrel, while the August Gold contract fell 0.11% or 1.30 to trade at $1179.10 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.45% to 13335.0, while AUD/IDR rose 0.11% to 10344.50.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.44% at 95.39.
