Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Chemicals, Personal & Household Goods and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.05%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT), which rose 4.41% or 14.40 points to trade at 341.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Ambu A/S (CSE:AMBUb) added 2.85% or 3.15 points to end at 113.70 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE:MAERSKb) was up 2.57% or 265.00 points to 10,595.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV), which fell 1.55% or 16.00 points to trade at 1,016.00 at the close. Rockwool International B (CSE:ROCKb) declined 1.37% or 32.00 points to end at 2,304.00 and Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) was down 1.27% or 14.00 points to 1,086.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 91 to 47 and 20 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 1.44% or 1.21 to $82.64 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.18% or 1.04 to hit $87.17 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.06% or 1.30 to trade at $2,348.50 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.20% to 6.96, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.20% at 105.59.
