Same soundbite and declining sales for 2 years (less than 1/2 of what it was in 2021) under this guy yet lay-offs (the OpEx savings which isn't sustainable), no new innovation (different colors aren't new) and they lost their key (influential at that) consumer: skater. VFC's best bet is to sell their brands to people that know how to run brands or to find a whole new leadership team (start from CEO / HR).
