Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, together with its subsidiaries, operates as a renewable and green energy company in India. The company operates through the EPC-Commercial and Industrial (C&I), Compressed Bio-Gas, and Others segments. It also engages in the design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, supply, commissioning, and maintenance of ground solar power plants and rooftop, solar water pumps, and home systems; production of compressed biogas; and supply of manpower services. The company was formerly known as SunEdison Infrastructure Limited and changed its name to Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited in October 2022. Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited was incorporated in 1994 and is headquartered in Chennai, India.
