                                  • If you are in cash and looking to get return on your money while everyone is fearing to enter the real estate market there is good Analysis done by bank med that shows which area’s in Lebanon that has higher potential of return and where the major projects are taking place that will give you a hint where you should invest your money at this crazy times (Note: high risk high return doesn’t apply here since real estate wont go much lower in area’s such as beirut, keserwan, matn, ... but instead the upside potential will be limitless taking into account the potential move toward brighter future ).Bear in mind things will get worse before it get better but this time the shift to the upside will be fast and more promissing.

                                    • To my opinion solidere should reach 200$ 300$ the company aold around 240 million usd of lands in 2019 compared to approx 1.5 million in 2018, the company managed to repay big portion of its bank debts and ended 2019 with approx 50 million usd of profits and still going on with big sales figures in 2020 and therefore lessening more and more the banks debts, the trust in real estate sector is high now and the company is benefitting after years and years of no trust. People have no choice but to turn into lands now.
