they raised $10 million as per their June 2018 earnings report. This is likely being allocated toward revamping their stores into cannabis dispensaries and then on the legalization of edibles converting them back into cannabis cafes/lounges. This is going to require heavy capital expenditures + retraining of employees + changes of internal operations. If this works out for them great but its going to be a long process.
