Sell out when you can. Thank me later.
36% declined in earning and revenue this is going down.
I think as underwriter of the stock public offering GP Morgan helps pump the stock. Both SRRK and GM Morgan make money from this.
Part 4 Watch from afar, no activity. Make your move when the stock makes a significant move in on direction. I still wouldn’t recommend buying it any more than $22, but up to you guys. I wouldn’t short it again until I see 3 red days because right now, we are taking money out of our pockets and giving it to them.
Part 3Coming back to what you guys are doing, while I’m not saying you guys can’t make profits or loses but this pump dump may go against you. These guys are planning on raising the money from your losses.Shorties are contributing because when you short, they pump it to force you to sell. This increases stock costs. When you buy, this increases the stock worth. The company will only have to sell 1/3 of the stocks to make the 150 million they need when compared to the previous plan. What should you guys do? Stay away. Because short or long, you will eventually make a loss because the institutions investing in this company have more money than all you guys and they will manipulate the stocks to make sure they are the only ones making profit.
Part 2But put yourself in their shoes. Their life’s work is useless. What to do next? You just want to make money and get out of this mess, right? An opportunity to get rich was created by teenagers and melenials for them. The company, having already filed for offerings don’t need them now because you have them the money. Nobody wants to share their ownership or their money (offerings give them a loss too because they own the same stocks as you). But where will the money come from? You guys pockets. When you buy these stocks at high prices, it not only increases the price, they get more money to invest. This company is already triple the worth it was 3 days ago. But it’s all fugazi “fake”. They’ll wait until nobody buys the offering or even if they do buy the offerings (only a small portion is given away), and then they’ll start taking a piece of the profit themselves by selling their stocks. So their mission is achieved. They made profits.
Part 1 $SRRK My two cents here. I am an amateur trader and an experienced doctor.I shorted this stock at 34 and thought it’ll go down (because I know whatever treatment they are working on, will not work. Pfizer already tried it. The cost of this drug is too high for an average person or insurance to afford and the results only show mild to modest improvement). When I shorted the position and the price went up, I started to wonder why. When I started thinking like the owners, it made sense. They created an illusion (successfully). They, more than us, know that whatever they are doing is pointless.

Scholar Rock Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: SRRK), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of serious diseases in which protein growth factors play a fundamental role, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,948,718 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $39.00 per share
It all depends on the price of the secondary public offering. If it's near current mkt price, there won't be sell off. But what will it take to make  the secondary public offering successful?
$39.00 per share
This is artificiality blown out of proportion. Profit taking crash is coming soon.
Whats happing here?
Stock is up 300% And a sell off will be happening for 150 million dollars in shares. But the reason is promising results in a muscle wasting drug and they need more money to continue development.
Have you all taken your profit?
