The company primarily explores rare earth deposits. Its projects include Shiloh Project located approximately 110 km south-west from Atlanta, Georgia; Alpha Project, a Brazilian Ionic Clay (IAC) project covering an area of 492 square kilometers located in Bahia, Brazil; and Constellation Project, an ionic clay rare earth project located in the Poços de Caldas region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The company was incorporated in 2025 and is based in Manchester, Georgia.
