It also provides financial and digital services, such as coop-payment plans, credit, insurance, and investments in startups, as well as leasing of heavy vehicles and equipment, and Saas services for suppliers and customers of Randon companies, manufacturers of agricultural machinery and equipment, and logistics ecosystem operators. In addition, the company engages in manufacture and sale of robotic cells; industrial automation business; development and approval of products for the mobility industry; production and processing of materials through nanotechnology; and operation of platform for connecting companies, people, and startups. It serves agribusiness, civil construction, mining, capital goods, logistics, and mobility industries. It operates sales and service network in approximately 120 countries, including Brazil, Mercosur, Chile, North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. The company was formerly known as Randon Participações S.A. and changed its name to Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações in November 2003. Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações was founded in 1949 and is headquartered in Caxias do Sul, Brazil.
