Which means if interest rates continue to rise that ultimately puts pressure on BTC and in return MSTR. That’s all folks !
Interesting that each quarters unrealised gain or loss is based against the previous quarters close of BTC. So the next quarter has to beat $83.5, anything below is an unrealised loss. But until they actually sell nothing is real or recorded as a gain/loss. So the only cash they gain is by regular sale of the common stock causing dilution but hoping for continued gains in the price of BTC to counter the dilution. Meanwhile they pay interest on the preferred, and buy those back. Facinating. Basically BTC needs to continuously rise to keep this going. Hope I didn’t bore you all. Lol.

In MSCI website under index calculator. 5news Financial ratios considered and companies failing to qualify ratio parameters will be excluded . MSCI themselves have given update that MSTR doesnt meet new financial ratio criteria and therefore like lo be excluded. Why 11Nov by then US election are over and results are out.

JUST IN: Wall Street giant Cantor Fitzgerald has raised its price target on #Bitcoin treasury company Strategy $MSTR from $186 to $208, citing a higher BTC forecast.

Answer this one question. The USA is heading for stagflation. Who on earth would want to hold digital code through a period of high rates, low output and increasing debt ?
MSTR will be excluded from msci on 11Nov. So that will have spiral effect on Bitcoin. Perfect slide will start. MSTR index revised calculations already shows mstr will be deleted. Save ur capital. Invest wisely n avoid Ponzi schemes like mstr.
Note, MSCI has NOT removed MSTR from the index yet, it is purely speculation at this point.

When you look very closely under the hood of this company it’s actually quite intriguing. In a kind of why bother going to all this trouble kind of intriguing. The holders have to buy more to support the price. Once all the sellers are done then what ? It just sits at a specific price ? Fascinating.

But you could be seeing something i don’t.
My model is purely the price of BTC. Supply and demand vs higher bond yields. BTC has only once since it’s inception had to compete with high interest rates. Higher returns on bonds will trump BTC everytime. Investors won’t hold a product that gives a zero return especially if the money supply is reduced.

Often wondered that in the end there would be only 10 companies, countries included, holding all the Bitcode (some in ETF’s) in the whole world and it just stagnated. Wonder if that’s a possibility. MSTR is basically a holding company.
