this will never be sustainable :> China already put tremendous pressure on openai/anthropic by putting up free models. at some point cn will produce enough ram to disrupt MU margins. Dont worry, not gonna happen in 206. But just the mere thought/fear of it will cripple MU stock price movements. While its' CEO wants to tell you fairy tales of memory not being cyclical, but the truth is. It still is, the cycle is just considerably more stretched than usually. If u really think MU can still maintain this kinds of insane margins any time beyond 2027 is crazy. They will drop considerably. Ride it as long as you can, but keep in mind that the party will be over at some point and not just 1 day before its turning point but 1-2 quarters before.

LL MM Your analysis fails at two criteria. The first criteria is Micron's memory production is already under contractual obligations. You cannot buy Micron's chips for current use. You also do not qualify as a Tier-1 customer. Secondly, the barrier to entry into the memory market by new players is prohibitive due to extreme cost of a production facility and the time to come to market. Demand will outstrip supply for at least four years. If you're warning us to sell Micron in the year 2030 it still comes off as Chicken Little. Why warn anyone about anything ?

I repeat. You did not read my memo. E.g. ASICs will drastically lower memory demand. One asic can replace >100x H100s for output token generation. You assume nothing changes, it does. You are also underestimate China. If one can scale up fast, its China. American companies will take their time and milk the cow to delay cyclical effects as much as possible. They learnt from previous boom bust cycles. CN wont give a damn. They also didnt give a damn to push their models for free to shake openai/anthropic valuations. They will do the same with memory. Like I said not today. But if u think in 4 years from now then your naive :D

Also regarding LTAs. If memory becomes "excessive", LTAs will screw micron 2x as hard because excessive memory will just mean they will not take up new orders from them and feed from inventory if needed and MU does not give in. Besides competitors might offer more flexible terms on downturns at that point. If u think its a one-way road your naive. Also this already happened not so long ago, not just once.

LL MM You've managed to convince yourself to avoid buying a generational diamond. I'm okay with that. I own 300 shares with the goal of internally generating 50% shares growth annually through writing options

Hello Gary, Do you think the market will sell off today because of options expiration?

Perhaps. I calculate every day for a 10% spike. Every day. Does a 10% spike happen every day ? Of course not. But I'm ready. So many traders ask why a stock moved up/down. It's irrelevant. The move already happened and they were positioned correctly. Micron is a minimum of a 4-year holding for me so daily gyrations are options-selling opportunities.

Missed interview. How do you feel interview addressed chips market wide? SNDK, or even a Samsung. Any sympathy type sentiment or just addressed MU only? sir

Janet Karr The CEO came off as brilliant. Cramer came off as slightly uninformed. I've never really put much emphasis on Cramer's opinion but Cramer went out to Boise for the interview. Impressive

Gary LeBlanc at this point everyone seems confused like our last president. On any given day, the facts are what the promoters what them to be. Just like our last president. The stock falls down randomly just like our last president. Facts these days are like farts in the wind. I think many on the fence the last days are staring at forward PE comparisons and not considering debt to income or positive mgmt practices. People on Redit are suggesting in volume that Elon is stupid. People seem to be walking around with plastic bags tied over their heads. CRAZY

Janet Karr We apparently analyze stocks totally different which is a good thing. Volatility drives traders into fear because they fixate on the stock price and that's it. Very basic. Very binary. Up good. Down bad. No one does fundamental analysis anymore. Too difficult to learn. Too boring to utilize. I am not confused. At all.

My artificial intelligence project named JonesGPT has alerted that a possible Buy Signal may be initiated kate in the trading day. Jones does not predict Buy/Sell Signals it just alerts me that it is within range. The market will have to sell off tomorrow and stay that way into the close. If the NYSE Advancers - Decliners is a - 978 or lower this will initiate a Buy Signal on the whole market right as the market is about to close tomorrow. Stay tuned.

I have observed that when Micron spikes it does it when the options market is closed locking out any new call buyers. That how market makers manipulate extreme price spikes. Micron closed at $974.29

Ali Khatib I use the 4 pm EST market closing price to calculate my trigger. I have had Micron go up 4 - 5% after 4 pm and then continue to spike in pre-matket the next morning. The first hour of trading is critical. IV starts peaking to 125+. When it hits it...BINGO! I pull the trigger.
