This risks exists, Alberto, but, to be a fair offer, they would offer a corrrect value, that is a lot above the actual price. Note that they make the IPO of LOGISTA around 20€.

thanks Fernando, considering that they own already 50,1%, they dont need to make a reasonable offer. they could offer 16,6%, small increase and start buying from the market. it's a move that few companies have done considering they were in a strong position already

Good morning Folks, is there a risk that Imperial Brands will buy back the remaining of Logista, considering the current low price. If I am not mistake IMB already owns 51%, so it would be easy to complete the acquisition  With this move they will also improve their Debt position, considering Logista cash position.

Logista has fired 90 people in Italy, with a Whatsapp message and with a 1 day notice. Does ESG really matter? I used to bet on this stock 1Y ago, but it lagged any other logistic stock and I tought it was due to its dependence on the tobacco industry. But after having read what they've done in Italy I'm disgusted. Really.
