Wow! The latest news which comes in a series of consistently announced contracts is seeing the values go up over 78%!!! The latest was that they've been selected by Lark Group to provide 128 L2 EV chargers for the City Centre 4 developments in BC - installations set for completion in Q1 2024.
The recent 748 charger deal with PCI Developments is huge especially considering they delivered around 1,400 chargers in total according to their last financial report. They've been accelerating the sales pipeline so it will be interesting to see what comes next here.
Agreed - major contract here with PCI meaning they're supplying 748 L2 chargers across the Metro Vancouver area. Great way to hear the latest from HC from their presentation at the Kinvestor Green Future conference that happened earlier this week- early replays are already available online.
Another deal was completed with the 6 Level 2 Chargers at CHEK's Victoria TV station now being available for use. Looks like momentum is returning here as well with the recent price action.
Flagging the upcoming opportunity to hear from HC at the Green Future Conference on March 28, 2023, they're scheduled to present on this day at 11:30 AM ET. I'm personally looking forward to hearing the latest re: significant progress expanding their footprint both in the US and in Canada.
Solid news with HC's continued expansion in the US with their newly announced agreement with Ovare Group to supply six level 2 EV chargers to be installed by Q2 2023. Worth checking out their next speaking event to hear more about their revenue pipeline happening later this month at the Green Future conference.
Good to see them start to expand into the US with the deal with Ovare Group including Level 2 chargers in Vancouver, Whistler, and Egremont. There's still a lot of unmet need in the charging industry and these guys are positioned for growth in the market.
Volkswagen's decision announced today to build its first NA battery cell plant in Canada has serious impacts on the overall EV landscape in Canada with far-reaching implications for players like Hypercharge by creating a more competitive environment with an influx of EVs on the market and potential market share benefits. This development underscores the growing presence HC's been building in the rapidly growing EV charge market especially with their latest announcement in a roaming agreement with Electric Circuit effectively expanding its network by 4,000 public charging stations.
Hypercharge Networks announces its first roaming agreement with Electric Circuit, a leading public charging network for EVs in Canada. This partnership enables HC members to access Electric Circuit’s 4K+ public charging stations while Electric Circuit members can access HC’s growing network of public charging stations. This partnership drives increased revenue, cost savings and market share further establishing the company as a promising player in the rapidly growing EV charge market.
Q3 revenue gives the company a near 7x sales-to-valuation ratio, without accounting for future growth. Relative to industry peers like PLUG with a 10x ratio (without the ability to scale as fast as HC.). HC.n has one of the more attractive valuations here.Message #🖥technology
As I've said before, there are not even close to enough chargers in Canada. Some estimates say over 1.7M are needed and with the government spending $15M for 2,100 chargers in the GTA, that provides a $12B market opportunity in Canada alone over the next few years not even including private charging infrastructure and maintenance/upgrades.
The roaming agreement with Electric Circuit only improves both companies' offerings for customers as it allows users to use both networks of chargers. Lots of developments here, they just need to continue building the business to capitalize on the market.
The global EV charging market growth is expected to grow at a 44.1% CAGR over the next decade, this doesn't take into account that Canada is far behind most countries in EV infrastructure and as governments continue to roll out new incentives to build the infrastructure.
Also, Canada is going to need 1.7M more chargers if we want to reach the EV goals that were set by the government. Even with a small portion, that's worth billions of dollars of revenue for installations alone. Today's volume and push is just the beginning here as the market realizes the potential.
Good looking financials; first time quarterly revenue surpassed $1M as they sold over 1,400 chargers. With the Level 3 chargers now in their arsenal, it'll definitely be interesting to see what sort of deals they can secure as they improve and leverage their previous relationships.
Hypercharge Networks Corp. is charging ahead in the EV Market with a $7.8 Million Revenue Pipeline. Announcing a new contract providing cutting-edge charging solutions in Prince Edward Island with 11 Dual-Port Level 2 EV charging stations set to start installation in Q1 2023.
Hypercharge announces another expansion to their North American EV charging footprint with a new agreement for a project in Western Canada (Devon, AB) installing 11 charging stations by March ‘23. With their strong revenue pipeline (~$7.8M in 2023) HC.n is a promising player in the EV boom.
HC is making progress in its North American presence with the announcement of their newest agreement with Target Park US which will see their EV charging deployed in 5 US states including NY, NJ, PA and RI. This makes their growing NA footprint to cover 7 Canadian provinces and 5 US states.
As an early player in the space, there's a lot of scalability in the Canadian EV charging industry for HC.n to capitalize on. Solid valuation, a strong management team, government support, and an actual product that's already being deployed across the country, things are looking good for the future.
