Home REIT PLC (the "Company") is a closed-ended investment company, incorporated in England and Wales on 19 August 2020 and is registered as a public company limited by shares under the Companies Act 2006 with registered number 12822709. The Company commenced operations on 12 October 2020 when its shares commenced trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Company intends to carry on business as a REIT with an investment objective to deliver inflation-protected income and capital growth over the medium-term for Shareholders through funding the acquisition and creation of high quality homeless accommodation across the UK let on long-term index-linked leases.
