Elisa Oyj provides telecommunications services in Finland, rest of Europe, and internationally. It operates in two segments, Consumer Customers and Corporate Customers. The company offers telecommunications and communications services, such as fixed and mobile subscription, digital, cable-tv subscription, entertainment, and e-reading services, as well as video conferencing services. The company provides Elisa IndustrIQ for industrial software; Elisa Polystar for telecom software; and Elisa Videra that provides virtual communication solutions. It also offers solutions for automation of network management and operation for mobile operators; IoT solutions for industries; and ICT and online services. The company serves consumers, corporates, and public administration organizations. Elisa Oyj was founded in 1882 and is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

My order is at 45.5 and the more it falls I will be adding. To me this drop is typical for Finnish stocks. People buy like crazy before ex dividend day and right after panic sell. It could still get down to 42. So don't go all in right away

- Well, I started buying at around 46.8 and all the way down to 45.5, but unfortunately for me it didn't deep as much as I was thinking it might. I generally buy whenever it goes under 47. I have a 2% of my portfolio for it now, but I want to make it 4%.

I recommend to buy this dip. 21st day is the earnings, and I can't see how Elisa could miss that. I predict that before the end of this month this will be near 60€.

This drop is showing why paying dividends only once a year is such a bad thing. You get random people to storm the stock one month before and the price goes to the sky and right after the payment they panic sell and the price drops... Pay it every quarter and in smaller quantities to avoid all this mess

- Dividend date. It will rise again, future looks really good if you read analyses.

- dont worry Ove, Elisa is solid long-term investment. They are far ahead of anyone else in 5G business, in here Finland at least. But being the best in Finland means quite a bit. Just hold, buy more every month and watch your financial situation getting better. You'll thank me in couple years.

my grandfather gave me 100 stocks of Elisa. Cant do anything with them for a year, because of taxes i would have to pay(30%!). But that's not an issue because Elisa will hit in 80-100€ ballpark at summer 2022 hopefully sooner.

- It looks like it is a wonderful business. Look at this cash flow! It's wow, over 100% for this year. It also pays a sweet dividend. I believe if I was in your shoes, I would never sell. Both sentimentality speaking since it's a gift from your grandfather and because it is a wonderful business in a constantly growing sector. :)

5G should boost the stock in a same way than Elisa was able to succeed with 4G years ago.
