Elbit Imaging Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, develops, produces, and markets therapeutic medical systems for performing non-invasive treatments on the human body in Israel and internationally. Chairman of the Board and CEO Ron Hadassi bought 250,000 shares on 26/10/2020. On 28/10/2020 a new stakeholder bought approximately 920,000 shares and holds 10% of the total shares. On 10/29/2020 it was announced that York-Capital were no longer interested and were left with only 2%. The stock is a skeleton stock that is worth at least 3 times as much. No debts at all. They did not buy for no reason - I think the stock is on the way up. The share is also traded in Israel - the volume increased several times this week and the share rose by about 12%
