It has hit 50% of its book vale and 40% of the share price Vonovia has paid to buy 86% of Deutsche Wohnen.shares. 100 million dollars share buy back by Deutsche wohnen will send Deutsche Wohnen Shares from 20.70 Euro to around 30 Euros.

the scary things that the experts expecting new crash at the end of this year or at the beginning of the new one and when it hits the first affected stocks is the housing market so the future have the answer
