In US poles are owned by various entities, but pole attachment fees are regulated. This prevents unsightly pole proliferation and levels the playing field....sort of

What's a good long term entry point?
Id go for right now. I know this stock doesn't look super attractive like some others this past week. But its been kicking ******and needs a breather.One would be crazy to not invest in the us' largest lessor of small cell tower land for 5g.
id be happy with 150 ... i see 200+ easily ..

i guess even though it's a good business doing good too. it still seems to be tide to other REIT money. and it seems it's time for REITs to take a big dip break.
